Wedding Cake Icing (Ajzink Vedink Kek)

Ok, we've got another dessert related recipe here. Frankly, I think most of them are going to be dessert related. Bubba (that's what I called my bubbie since I'm from the south) was a master baker, and those baked goods centered around desserts. I guess the big question is if the info on the left hand side of this sheet is related to the recipe. I'm guessing probably not since the upper right is sectioned off, but since I have no idea what the bottom left says it could be. Remember to click on the recipe to get a bigger view if you are having any problems reading it.

Wedding Cake Icing

3 1/2 cups margarine
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 ?????
1 tsp ????? (vanilla maybe?)

The writing on the left seems to say "4 skver czaklet" (4 squares of chocolate) and then something else I can't decipher.

The last line on the right side might be "1 tizpun rom" (1 tsp rum or 1 tsp of something totally different).

I think you are right on both counts, rum and chocolate. I would guess the chocolate is not part of her wedding cake icing recipe though as she would be making a white wedding cake. Maybe though...

I was about to say the same things about the rum and chocolate, so that must be what they are.

Here's another vote for rum and chocolate. I think what's written under "4 skver czaklet" could be "water plain" (plain water).

could be plain water, but I can't really imagine why it would be in there.

Also, I think I may have figured out the other ingredient "1/4 wine" (vane). Why would there be wine in an icing recipe? Rum I understood, but wine too? Something has to be off here.
